At Wiscovery Farm, we specialize in custom goat & sheep grazing services for residential, solar and conservation projects across Southwestern Wisconsin. We also proudly sell our delicious pasture-raised lamb products at our farm in Fitchburg, WI.

What We Do
With their amazing grazing and foraging abilities, sheep offer an efficient and environmentally-friendly solution for effective land management. Thick brush, invasive weeds, steep hillsides, overgrown fence lines — they’re built for it — and love every minute!
Benefits of targeted grazing:
Taking on tough projects. Goats are masterful at clearing out hard-to-reach areas, thick growth and difficult terrain where traditional equipment struggles.
Removing invasive species. Got troublesome plants like buckthorn, honeysuckle, poison ivy or others? Goats nibble them down with gusto and weaken their root structure as well, so it is less likely they return.
Supporting healthier ecosystems. Sheep and goats are quiet, peaceful and purposeful. No need for chemicals and herbicides or disruptive equipment here! And unlike heavy equipment, they do not disturb the soil.
How We Do It
At Wiscovery Farm, innovation is at the heart of what we do.
Our sheep and goats are specially trained to wear GPS collars that emit a low-frequency sound whenever they step beyond the grazing area we set via the NoFence app. This gentle correction keeps them safely grazing in the areas we want — no disruptive and time-consuming fencing needed.
NoFence technology allows us to minimize our footprint on your property — moving our herd on and off your land quickly and efficiently.
